Stand Up Paddle Race, Beach Cleanup, and Celebration at Seaside Florida

Paddle Anywhere is heading to Seaside, Florida with the Surfrider Foundation Atlanta Chapter and the Atlanta Surf Posse for a Stand Up Paddle Race and Celebration (Sponsored by YOLO)  on September 19. Details are HERE. The campsite is booked. Click the image to see our campsite location. We can paddle or hike to the beach.

The Surfrider Foundation Atlanta Chapter and Emerald Coast Chapter will also have a beach cleanup. Surfrider Foundation has partnered with the Walton County Tourist Development Council and Ocean Conservancy to help make this cleanup happen. Bags, gloves and water will be provided. Participants will each receive a T shirt. We may have a van shoe giveaway for each site. Come out and clean the beach for yourself. summer is over, at least what we clean may stay that way. If we get the plastic off the beach, it won’t wind up in our ocean over the winter!

  • Friday Night–Camping at Grayton Beach
  • Saturday Morning–Stand Up Paddle Board Race (and/or surf)
  • Saturday Afternoon–Beach Cleanup (and/or surf)
  • Saturday Evening–YOLO’s Beach Celebration / Camping
